Nationalities being granted tourism visas are: North America, South America (including Middle America and the Caribbean), Australia & New Zealand, Europe (excluding some countries), South Africa, Malaysia, Singapore, China, Taiwan, Brunei, Hong Kong, Honduras, and Japan. Tourism visa requirements for transit & visit visa for F.I.T's and groups
Meet & Assist Service- For tourists and Business travelers arriving through Top Adventure Tourism, we arrange meet and assist service at Airport with transfers to the concerned Hotel of your choice. This service also includes assisted check-in and checkout from the Hotel on case-to-case basis upon request.
Accommodation- Top Adventure Tourism is in contact with the leading Hotels in Saudi Arabia for special rates. The Hotels chosen are high standards to suit to the requirements of every category of tourists in mind.
Package Tours- Top Adventure Tourism offers a variety of package tours ranging from a couple of hours to several days. All our itineraries are planned offering ample opportunity to experience the real taste of Arabia. Committed with quality service our professional consultants are experienced and dedicated. We offer the services of English, Urdu, German & French speaking Tour Guides for our tours for tourist groups.
 All Hotels rates quoted are in US Dollar per room night.
Rates are applicable as per dates specified in the validity tables.
Rates are subject to change with or without prior notification in the event of changes made by the Hotels or by revision of Government regulations.
Booking Procedure- All reservations to be made in writing to the reservation department of Top Adventure Tourism by fax or mail, specifying the following:
- Name, category and city of the Hotel requested for.
- Nationality of the guests and number of pax in each group
- Number of children/each family and exact age group and date of birth
- Number of rooms and type of rooms
- Boarding Status-RO/Bed & Breakfast basis
- Number of nights required
- Arrival and Departure- Flight Details
- Visa Details.
A written initial confirmation will be sent after all services are confirmed or status of bookings shall be advised.
If the chosen accommodation is not available alternate accommodation shall be suggested in advance. In the event of non-availability of the rooms, due to reasons beyond our control similar or better accommodation shall be advised
Deposit & Payments: All the transactions to be on cash basis until or unless credit facility approved by Top Adventure Tourism. All the payments can be made through bank transfer.
Cancellation Fees: In the event that you or any of your guests cancels the confirmed reservations of hotel or any of the excursions, you are requested to send email or fax to cancel the reservations before the cancellation period advised on the confirmation to avoid any charges.
No Show Policy: In the event of No show by your guest, in spite of a confirmed reservation, a No-show charges equivalent to one night room and taxes will be charged. The remaining nights of the stay will be automatically cancelled without charges. No show charges will be advised on case-by-case basis if there is any change.
Refunds: No refund on unused services such as airport transfers, Tours, Accommodations. Meals etc. either in part or full.
Responsibility: Top Adventure shall not be held responsible for any expenses due to sickness, weather, war, delay, strike, quarantine or similar cases, which are beyond our control. Similarly Top Adventure Tourism shall not be responsible for any loss or damage due to reasons, which are the fault of the passenger himself.
